Why thousands of E.ON customers bills will go up TWICE as much as others because of where they live

Customers in the South East will see their bills go up by 11.1 percent, an average of £52 more per year, from £470 to £522. In contrast customers in the southern part of Scotland will see bills go up by 5.1 per cent, or £24 per year, from £474 to £498.
