This kind of requirement varies slightly from all ‘adult’ recruitment in several ways; for example, any child aged under 16 years of age should not ever be interviewed without a parent/suitable adult, being present.

Once this has been arranged and conducted,   we have to make obvious extra allowances for the times that they can attend, the incentives we pay, the way we interview, the venue suitability and that there should always be a ‘chaperone’ in attendance too.

We always insist upon a ‘parental consent’ form being signed, before any child can take part.
